MC Systems protects your personal information when you shop with us or visit our website.
Personal information is only used internally and will never be passed on to third parties.
Thank you for shopping at MC Systems. We appreciate the fact that you were interested in the loudspeakers we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're listening to and purchasing our products, whether at our online story or at our distributors. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we'll refer to our online store as the 'MC Store' in this policy).
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the MC Store. We'll be brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below along with MC Systems' Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Returns
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the MC Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Please note: Only standard editions qualify for returns and refunds. Special editions executed with RAL matte or high gloss colors or metallic paint or any other customized editions cannot be returned. In addition, please note the following:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive the MC Speaker, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
